We loved the H4 hotel in Hannover. It was clean and quiet, and had some amazing amenities. The pool and fitness facilities were amazing. My only complaint about the area is that the hot tub was lukewarm and not hot. The breakfast was incredible, some of the best we've ever had at a hotel. The hotel's price was very reasonable. Parking was easy, and for the first few days, without a car, it was about a 5-minute walk to the train station. The staff was also helpful and friendly. The only other minor complaint is that the shower would not get hot. I suggest turning it up a couple of degrees.

Great out of town option.

Solid 4 (very good). This hotel was new and 30-minutes by public transport out of the centre of Hanover. The tram/metro train is close by and runs every 10/15 minutes. The rooms are a good size with large comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet is great with lots of choice and gluten free options. The gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room make this a good choice for a relaxing break. We went into Hanover for dinner each day the choice local to the hotel is limited.

It was a short stay but we enjoyed it. Fast check-in and friendly staff. We stayed in a family room and it was very spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was also great and very varied.

Ordered twin bed room for myself and adult son, nearly 3 months in advance. Arrived to find no staff on reception - took 15 minutes to find someone. Told no twin bed rooms due to original offer having been ended but no one wrote to me to advise of this problem. Given a room where I was told I could separate two joined beds myself, but only one such room in hotel. This had not been organised. No smoking room had a very strong tobacco smell which only subsided after leaving the corridor door wide open for 2 hours. No apology for not having room I had booked and paid for. Disorganised managing of the hotel. Most disappointed.

Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich sehr schön und bietet viele Möglichkeiten wie einen Spa-Bereich und einen Fitnessraum. Besonders das Abendessen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Der einzige Kritikpunkt betrifft die Rezeption. Hier besteht aus unserer Sicht noch Verbesserungsbedarf im Bereich Kundenmanagement und Gästebetreuung. Eine entsprechende Schulung des Personals könnte die Servicequalität weiter steigern. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt jedoch angenehm.
