The apartment consists of a living/sleeping area with a comfortable 160x200 queen-size bed. In addition, there’s a 120x200 sofa bed for a third person or children. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and features a small dining table.

Our amenities: The kitchen is fully equipped. Dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction stove, oven, electric kettle, Senseo coffee maker with pot function, 32-inch smart TV, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack, non-smoking apartment. Smoking is permitted on the balcony; children and toddlers are welcome. A cot and high chair can be provided upon request. Small dogs may also be brought along upon request. A food bowl and dog bed are also available. Board games and books are also available.

There is a laundry room on the ground floor. There, for a small fee, you can wash your laundry in the washing machine and then dry it in the dryer.

The property features a private communal swimming pool (Note: Currently closed due to renovation work), a sauna, a solarium, and a table tennis room. You also have access to a bike storage room.

To park your car, you can use the public parking spaces in front of the holiday park.


The apartment is located on the 2nd floor but is wheelchair-accessible, as an lift is available.

The accommodation offers more than just a place to relax. Since the Steinhuder Meer is one of Lower Saxony’s largest inland lakes, it also provides plenty of recreational opportunities. It’s a 2-minute walk from the accommodation to the marina and about a 5-minute walk to the swimming island. The area is ideal for biking, hiking, and water sports such as sailing, surfing, or kitesurfing. Pedal boats, rowing boats, and electric boats can be rented on-site. Nearby, there are places to play golf, go horseback riding, and play tennis, as well as plenty of green spaces for picnicking.
