This 3-room apartment (80 square metres) on the ground floor, featuring a balcony and a parking space, is located in Bad Salzdetfurth, in the Klein Düngen area. The apartment is accessed via a staircase in the entryway.

With its two bedrooms, it’s ideal for a small family or two adults looking for separate sleeping arrangements—up to four people will feel equally at home here.


Both bedrooms are spacious and offer plenty of storage. The larger bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a large built-in closet.


The smaller bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 × 200 cm) and a TV.

The floors are covered with laminate. The house is equipped with interconnected smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector.

The spacious living/dining area features a sofa set for cosy evenings as well as a dining table with 4 chairs. For entertainment, a flat-screen TV/radio and free Wi-Fi are available.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, a microwave, an air fryer, and a kettle.


The bathroom features a shower and bathtub, a sink, and a hair dryer.

An outdoor area (balcony) invites you to relax, with seating available there as well as in the back of the garden under the gazebo.
