"Solid 4 (very good). This hotel was new and 30-minutes by public transport out of the centre of Hanover. The tram/metro train is close by and runs every 10/15 minutes. The rooms are a good size with large comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet is great with lots of choice and gluten free options. The gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room make this a good choice for a relaxing break. We went into Hanover for dinner each day the choice local to the hotel is limited. "

"The gate to get in was not working , we buzzed maybe 20 times and they just kept buzzing it but it wouldn’t open. You would think that after a few times they might think something was wrong. But no. To get thru the barrier was about 30 minutes after we forced the barrier bar up. From the check in desk area there were turn styles like in an airport to go any further, weird . Shower head was on a bar and the force of the water would turn the head to spray against the wall, no way to lock it in...
