- Very well-equipped 2-room holiday apartment with balcony, partial lake view, and underground parking space in a quiet setting, accessible step-free by elevator. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, blender, all standard appliances, as well as extensive crockery and cookware. The bedroom offers a French box-spring bed and a spacious wardrobe. In the living area, you will find a flat-screen TV, a sofa, and a dining area.
The new bathroom has a large walk-in shower and plenty of storage space. The surrounding area is ideal for various leisure activities such as surfing, golf, cycling, swimming, hiking, and more.
