The location was ideal and the roof top bar was picturesque. I most enjoyed being able to wake up to freshly baked goods in the mornings. The staff were 100/10 professional, helpful and exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.

Absolutely — here’s a more polished and professional version that still makes the concerns clear:
I was disappointed with the level of service provided, particularly given the price of the stay.
The room is not cleaned on a daily basis, and guests are expected to collect their own towels from the lounge area. Overall, the experience feels more like a self-service hotel, which I would not expect considering the amount being charged.
In addition, the restaurant was not open during our stay. Guests who wanted breakfast were required to travel to another branch to have it, which was quite inconvenient.
For the price, I expected a much higher level of service and convenience.
