Could not reccoment Hana Lodge more, the staff are amazing, so friendly, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, charming, unique the artwork is beautiful and quirky as are the sculptures around the property. Breakfast is included everyday and the food is beautiful compliments to the chef and to everyone who we interacted with during our stay ❤️

The goods - Great location. Excellent service from staff. Great TV and functions. Great shower. Super clean and tidy. Spoilt with lotions in room. With a good variety of mini bar options. Local restaurants near by. Valet parking but free weekend on street parking. Improvements needed - Room configuration slightly odd. Kitchen in an odd place, near door entrance and woodrobe. Open space in room, felt bare. Bathroom and toilet has no privacy. Unfortunately the bed felt too firm and near hard. No pillow top feel or comfort. A mixed bag 3/5 star rating.

Just had my third stay here and was put in an area of the motel I hadn’t been before (by reception room 9). This stay was different because the walls were PAPER thin, could hear every conversation of the neighbors and through the hall. Radiator wouldn’t work and place was dirty in various areas unfortunately. Of course this is a pretty cheap place but the un cleanliness is just yuck.

Pretty tired and probably doesn’t reflect the star rating it has, one spa pool way too hot (42deg) and the other way too cold (34 deg) the guy took the temp while we were there but considering they’re one of the main features not ideal. Pool was lovely and very warm easy to swim in in winter. Rooms definitely need an upgrade
