Finally a 5 star accommodation thats actually 5 star! A beautiful place to stay, everything was clean and tidy, and comfortable. Super handy to all the amenities, we walked everywhere. Highly recommend, we would definitely book again.

Loved our stay at the St James and would and have already recommended to people. Very modern rooms, we had a deluxe studio on the first floor which had a balcony we could sit out on and enjoy the surrounds. Bathroom and kitchen tiled floors were heated which was so nice to step onto , a real treat. Kitchenette are fully stocked and self catering can easily be done, loved having a water purifier tap in the room which I have not come across at other places.

Beautiful, peaceful and worth every cent. We had a wonderful stay at Hanmer Glamping and would happily book again. The dome was beautifully decorated, with lovely touches throughout that made it feel really special rather than just a place to sleep. It was also much more spacious than we expected, so we had plenty of room to spread out and unwind. The highlight was waking up to the mountain views each morning. My husband & I stayed for 2 nights, we were made very welcome from the moment we arrived thru to our departure time, the couple were very informative, helpful, friendly & approachable. We loved the style, & comfort of the main house & our accommodation. We ordered breakfast for both days, the service, quality of food, presentation of our food was outstanding & cost was reasonable compared to other places we have stayed. Taking into consideration, the price, the location and the quality of the accommodation this must be the best place in Hanmer Springs. Just across the road from the thermal pools and less that 100 metres from good pubs and restaurants. We liked Drifters Inn so much that this is the 2nd time that we have stayed here in 6 months.

Lovely clean rooms,quiet,walking distance to Thermal Pools and restaurants and cafes.Wonderful hosts.Easy to locate.. (very friendly cat called Smudge who makes itself at home in your unit.We looked forward to the visit every day).

Motel unit had everything we wanted and is very handy to all shops and Hot Pools. Comfortable and with nice little touches like sweets and sewing kit.

Great place, nice open living area. Bathroom a bit tight. They do loan separate towels for the nearby hot pools in easy walking distance.

Fantastic for a family stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there with fun things to do for the kids. We borrowed the free DVDs and had a family movie night. Playground and games room was fun. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, everything was clean and tidy. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We had a great time and look forward to coming back!
