The air conditioner was not working properly so it was very hot in our room. The staff kept saying that it felt cool to them so they wouldn’t do anything to help. It was cooler than outside but not cool enough to sleep. By the last night it was finally fixed after complaining over and over and over again

"Stayed one night, we were catching the ferry early the next morning. This is a renovated, modern boutique hotel 50 meters from the marina and a 3 minute walk to the port. Everything about it was excellent, especially the super comfy bed, and modern bathroom. I would stay here over and over ..."
