"The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable and clean. The carpets and bathrooms were not as clean. The showers were unreliable, with low water pressure and unreliable heat. The staff were not hospitable or conscientious and the hotel listings we’re confusing. No food is available from the hotel. Overall the space had a dreary colonial vibe."

"Staff was amazing, cozy location"

"The place is decent and comfortable enough. The staff isn’t super helpful and hard to communicate with. The WiFi is almost never working so keep that in mind if you need wifi! Other than that it gets the job done!"

"Large spacious room and bathroom, great views, close to the centre and really helpful owner."

"This hotel was absolutely fantastic. Great Staff soooo suportive they helped me carrying all my stuff. Great Breakfast (omelettes with fresh and delicious fruit, milk tea, and water), great room big, cool enough, great bathroom, and the best of all is pretty close to tooth temple and the big budha. This place is a MUST."

"Beautiful views, super friendly hosts"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. Staff were amazing & so welcoming. The view is incredible & breakfast was super. We can’t wait to come again! "

"We loved our stay here. The views are to die for! The owners were lovely and the breakfast was so big I couldn’t finish it. Loved our little bungalow up on the hill!"

"Horrible place. Dirty and wrong description about facilities. Booked for 2 days and left in 1!!! Third rate"

"The room was spacious , clean & comfortable & we were very well cared for by Kapil who served us a delicious soup on arrival . We chose to walk to Jetwing St Andrews for breakfast & were treated to probably the best breakfast buffet we’ve ever had ! "

"Lovely stay with great views overlooking the surrounding hills. The lady running the hotel was very nice and helpful, sorting us taxis and a laundry service. The breakfast was really good and huge! "

"We had an amazing stay! Very family friendly, lovely room, great view and delicious breakfast. Location is perfect, walkable to the town but far enough to be nice and quiet. "

"キャンディ中心部から少し離れた立地の為、閑静な住宅街でゆっくりと滞在するのに最適です。宿のオーナーは近隣の観光に関する相談にも親身に乗ってくれました。"

"Mary and Steve were exceptional hosts and their two children were great as well. They were very accommodating and had a beautiful property to stay on. They very much open up their homes and are willing to share it as much as possible."

"The owner has forecast on the basic requirements of customer satisfaction, which works best. Lovely British style property with excellent customer service."

"工作人員服務好，雖然硬件舊了一點，但整體來說性價比高，體驗不錯。提供風筒，電熱水壺，毛巾，番梘，電視，熱水洗澡。 位置於市中心，轉左行10分鐘到郵局，轉右行10分鐘有Pizza Hut超級市場好方便，行20幾分鐘到Gregory lake"

"高台で見つけにくい場所にホテルはありますが、バルコニーからの夜景や風が最高です。オーナーは日本語が堪能でとても親切してくれます。ホスピタリティ溢れるホテルに是非とも訪れてみてください。"

"This hotel has a million dollar view! I traveled in the shoulder season, meaning peace, no other guests next to my room so i enjoyed my veranda, seeing the most gorgeous sunrises. The rooms are clean, comfortable beds, Sampa will make sure you have a tuk tuk to get you to the town, delicious breakfast and so much kindness. Just keep in minf, if you are planning to party in Ella street bars this jotel is not convenient since it is up in the mountains, 2 km away from the town centre, no...

"We had a lovely one night stay at Ferncliff, it was just lovely and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend as a very well run ‘b&b’ type hotel but much more luxurious. Bernard in particular was fantastic, especially his cooking — we had both dinner and breakfast there. Very glad we chose this over the ‘grand hotel’ in the end. "
