"Easy to find, check in was simple, house fully stocked with everything we needed. Nice area and some good restaurants. Hot tub and porch were very nice, beds comfy, its not the best VRBO I ever stayed in, but its pretty good. Owner was excellent with communication. Just remember guest bath water is backwards, hot is cold and cold is hot. "

"Clean, modern, and secluded. The driveway is VERY curvy and the cabin sits on top of a mountain. You need to drive slowly and carefully especially at night! The cabin sits on top of a mountain. It is secluded and very dark outside at night. It was very clean and new inside. The owners made us an excellent charcuterie that also included grapes and 3 kinds of cheese. It was large enough to feed two people for lunch. There are pieces in the front and back. The one on the back is screened and has very comfortable patio furniture with a view of the surrounding yard and woods. As well as a gas fireplace in the living room there is fire pit surrounded by chairs in the back near the woods. There is surprisingly a lot to do in Cookeville with lots of places to dine, shop, museums to visit and trails to hike. All in all we had an outstanding time and we will definitely be coming back!"
