No airport transportation, limited use of hot water (only at night), also water is not as hot as usual shower, room and facilities are poorly updated. The hotel shop is selling nice wears. Compared with pricing, we expect more updated hotel with this price range.

Hotel is a bit run down. Rooms were basic and clean. Person at the front desk was not very knowledgeable. They are a mile and a half from town and the walk along the ocean was nice but still got tiring. Would be good if they had bicycles for rent. They did call taxis for us which arrived pretty quickly except for one that didn't show at all (and guy then had left the desk). Water is not drinkable and hotel only sold small bottles and ran out so there was no water available at all one night without walking a mile and a half to town.

海がパノラマ状に見えるコテージ

イースター島は資源に限りがあり、Wifiも島としてつながりにくい環境なので、評価はあまり高くしませんでした。シャワーの温度もかなり低く、冬でしたが部屋は暖房がなく寒いくらいでした。でも、コテージで部屋から海が見えプール付き、さらに朝食や夕食の会場は海が前面にパノラマ上に見えて、冬（雨期）だったので夕日は雲が邪魔して見えませんでしたが夏（乾期）はとても素晴らしいだろうと思います。

Tranquil and beautiful

The staff at the donning room was wonderful. You must speak Spanish at this hotel. Only three people speak English. Take a translator with you, just down load it. Take the island tour, well worth it.

Reserve insegura en el Iorana ya que había leído algunos comentarios no muy buenos sin embargo nos llevamos una grata estadia. lo primero que se debes tener en cuenta es que es una isla por tanto no puedes esperar las comodidades de la ciudad a menos que te hospedes en el hangaroa spa que sale arriba de mil dólares la noche. inicialmente íbamos por 3 días pero quedamos tan fascinados con la isla q nos quedamos 8. Karen la chica de la recepción aunque es algo seria fue muy amable y eficiente, la señora Rosa que hace el aseo en las habitaciones un amor , el desayuno tipo americano sabroso a pesar de que el hotel estaba lleno el restaurante pasa vacío así que puedes comer tranquilo y abundante con una vista maravillosa, hay una piscina de agua natural hermosa y una piscina para niños un poco pasada de cloro pero rica Tiene una tele con 3 canales nacionales que en verdad ni usas porque hay mucho para hacer , en la recepción te ayudan para arrendar un auto q es la mejor opción , sale 40 lukas el día, pero te evitas el guía turístico, con un mapa de papel en un día recorres todos los moais Lo único malito era la cama que le suena todo pero bueno como les digo no puedes pedir mucho en una isla

Es importante señalar que lo mejor que tiene este Hotel es la Ubicación, en primera línea, con vista espectacular. Respecto a la Infraestructura, esta deja mucho que desear. Urge una remodelación de habitaciones y Baños, los que claramente ya cumplieron su vida útil. El personal es muy amable y hace lo que puede. SE REQUIERE INVERSIÓN DEL PROPIETARIO.

The hotel is basic. The breakfast is small but ok quality, the menu for lunch/dinner is very limited and the quality was poor in comparison to any restaurant we ate at during our week on Easter Island. The location is a 15 minute walk to the town centre and apart from the sea view didn’t have much to offer. The service at reception was variable, we asked for a taxi on one day which seemed to be a hassle for the man on reception; he said the taxi was coming but 45 minutes later nothing arrived and we ended up being very stressed as we nearly missed a booking. I wouldn’t book this hotel - I would choose from one of the hotels in the town area unless you have a rental car booked.

Front office staff was very good, especially telling us about getting up early to see the sunrise at Tongariki. Dining hall personnel were also very helpful, taking care of us for breakfast and an occasional lunch.

Simple but good

Simple but good hotel. Staff is very friendly (especially Daniela at the front desk). Swimming pool by the rocks is great and worth a try. 10-15 minutes walking from the Main Street.

Great view, awful facilities.

Pro - Great View Con - Everything else. Worn old rooms, broken AC, awful beds/sheets/pillows. No hot water except for about 4 hours a day! Restaurants require ordering meal 12 hours prior or no food. Owner lives on property and has a German Shepherd. It barks, chases and almost bit me. Owner seemed to not care. Wi-Fi only works right by checkin counter. Doesn't work in other public spaces. Is definitely not a 3.5 star, I've stayed at Motel 6s that are nicer. I would give it 1 star, only for view. Owner seems to not really care/show interest in running hotel.

Buena experiencia: linda vista al mar!!!

El hotel tiene una buena infraestructura (aunque un poco venida a menos) y al ser pocos los huespedes la atención llega a ser personalizada. La vista al mar desde el restaurante y la piscina es espectacular. Por mejorar en la habitación hay un televisor que no tiene buena señal (con interferencia todo el tiempo, así que se decide no usarlo) y es recomendable que el personal del hotel tenga un uniforme así es más fácil reconocerlo. El wifi solo funciona en la recepción :( y los horarios del restaurante son muy restringidos

少し遠い

ハンガロア村から結構遠いです。徒歩20分くらい。 スタッフの方は優しい方もいれば、少しきつい方もいます。 島なのでということはありますが、Wi-Fiは弱め。 バスルームはきれいというわけではないですが、汚いと言うわけでもなく、お湯もでます。 朝ごはんはフルーツ等ありまずまずです。

Muy bien , solo tuvimos problemas con una reserva a una cena de curanto y show, que se canceló la cena y después ni reserva al show teníamos y si hubo cena. Lo hicimos otro día reservando nosotros por internet

great views from premium room

Stayed in room 34, premium. Phenomenal sunset views, but in the afternoon sun hits the glass, you have to close the curtains and they become very hot. Every day same menu for breakfast (Taha Tai hotel has a lot better breakfast, in comparison). At 8:30 they ran out of coffee every day! There is one woman slowly moving around, so there is constantly something missing on the table. Bad service. Dated bathroom. WiFi only in lobby.

夕日が綺麗なホテル

イースター島はホテルの値段がピンキリだが、ちょうど中間のここのホテルを選んだ。夜に到着し深夜に出発の為、荷物を預けていたが、チェックアウトした後もビーチタオルを貸してくれたり、最後にはシャワーも貸してくれたりととても親切だった。 部屋からの夕日は素晴らしく、プールサイドからもとても綺麗に見える。朝食は簡単なものだが美味しかった。 シャワーもさほど気にならなかったが、夜になるとお湯の温度が上がりにくい。 フロントは英語での会話が可能。帰りのタクシーも呼んでもらえた。WiFiはロビーしか入らず、日本からWiFiを持っていったが、残念ながらイースター島自体であまり使えなかった。 値段相応のホテルといった印象を受けた。ハンガロアの商店街のメインストリートまでも歩けない距離ではない。ハンガロアの街からは少し歩くので騒がしくなくて良かった。

Everything about Iorana was fabulous...we felt at home with everyone and enjoyed every part of our stay...we love the Rapa Nui people...their warmth and pride....we would love to come back one day but if we don't, this visit will stay foremost in our memories forever
