We loved staying at Hare Rapa Nui! The staff is extremely kind and went out of their way to make our visit memorable. They helped us with transportation and a tour of the island. They were very helpful in everything we needed and the breakfast was good too! We’d definitely stay here again!!

Excellent!!

The staff was excellent especially Diego. He really went above and beyond. I had a lot of problems with my flight and luggage and he did everything possible to help. Even changed the dates of my stay without charging me. The hotel is conveniently located near many shops and stores.

Excellent, convenient location, lovely people

Amazing stay, which made me feel at home. Everyone at the hotel has been so kind and helpful. The hotel is quiet, extremely well located (in the center but in a quiet street), and clean. I stayed for a while and was upgraded to a bigger room when it was unoccupied. It's a perfect place to stay on the island!

Hare Rapa Nui - Great stay

I found the hotel to be very clean and the staff very friendly. They asked me every day if I was comfortable and if there was anything that they could do to make my experience more pleasurable. The hotel was conveniently located in the town. I could walk to many restaurants and the local harbor.

I turned 50 while here. They welcomed me like family and even gave me a birthday celebration with their friends and family. I could not have felt more blessed to be with amazing hosts. This is the spirit of the hotel and island. I would stay here every time.

The property was consistent with all of the properties in hanga roa. What made the property unique were the managers of the ecolodge. They took whatever action to make sure my stay was enjoyable. The location allowed for easy walks to dining and recreational opportunities. I think anyone who chooses to stay here will not be disappointed.

Really great place to stay in Rapa Nui. The people who work there are really nice. I want to call out Gabriel and Erica who were very attentive to my needs. I got sick so he helped me find soup and it was really good. They also helped me with rides to and from the airport. The showers are nice and hot and there is a ton of privacy and quiet for those who like that. Recommend this place!

The proprietors, Tito and Rosa, were absolutely incredible. They went out of their way to make sure that I was well taken care of. My room was spotless, breakfast was always good. This property isn’t fancy but I felt comfortable. It is walking distance to the harbor, Ahu Tahai Moai with its lovely sunsets, a small beach and many restaurants. I would definitely stay there again if I ever visited the island again.

Beautiful hotel run by a welcoming family

We had a wonderful stay at Hare Rapa Nui by Chez Joseph! We were welcomed on arrival with flower leis and fresh guava juice. The family went out of their way to make us comfortable and to help us with travel arrangements, tours, recommendations, and transportation. Jonathan arranged an unforgettable tour for us of the National Park and helped us navigate travel plans. Breakfast was set up for us every morning and we had full access to a beautiful patio with a view of the ocean from the tables. The hotel grounds are gorgeous with tropical flowers and banana trees, and the rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. I wish we could have stayed longer - we definitely hope to return!

Best hotel in the island! Excellent service and wonderful staff - highly recommend: the staff was like family, the room very comfortable and clean.
