"They were doing construction work above our room starting at 7:00 in the morning and nobody at the hotel even thought this could be annoying for 2 families with young kid trying to have some peaceful rest. Even after mentioning it, the noise and hammering continued for a while. Same happened in the evening. After complaining they promised the workers wouldn't come the rest of our stay, well still they came..."

"Best spot to stay in Tam Coc! We stayed here for 4 nights at room 223 . The location is just on the outskirts of “downtown” quiet and peaceful, but walking distance (5-10min) to anything in town. We were able to rent motorbikes for the days here for such an affordable price. The bed was comfortable, sheets were clean, and the hot water and water pressure were fantastic. I saw negative reviews about bugs, but they seemed to solve that problem as well didn’t have any. The view alone should sway anyone yes to stay here. It’s a mom and pop type of business , the owner and staff were super helpful and nice!"
