Nice owners and beautiful property but the rooms need work. Very little hot water. My shower was like warm at best. Paper thin walls. I heard every word the guy next to me said. At times it sounded like he was in my bathroom. Also on that note, the employees decided that 730am was a good time to sweep outside my door for 1 hour straight. Of course I heard every step and brissel on that broom. The rooms are old. Definitely need some serious updating. The bed is almost broken. I say that because the whole frame sifts when you get in. Could not figure out the TV. Other than that just like many back roads in Thailand it is very narrow so please be careful.

A little paradise

Nok and Ali are amazing hosts. The pool and jets keep you refreshed. The first cool (not cold, not hot) pool in Thailand. Dept 2 meters at the end. Fresh eggs, bread from a German bakery. Big garden, plenty of space to relax in many of the chairs/beds. Shared kitchen; clean and big. Hot water in the shower. Bed in room 2 is quite hard (common in Thailand), in room 3 softer. Netflix free of charge Plenty of English books to choose from. Airco nice and cool. Master bedroom is much bigger, so is the bathroom. Rice barn has its own kitchen and living area. Lots of privacy. Feels like a little home. If you want to do some shopping or sightseeing, transport is required. Scooter 300 baht. Transport from airport 500 baht, that's the regular fee. Pls let Nok or Ali arrange transport because it can take a while to arrange things yourself and it'll be not any cheaper. 2 nice dogs. Good for protection of this hotel. It's quiet in this area. Little shop 300 meters away (don't sell vegetables bread or meat)

It was truly an oasis. Two beautiful pools. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. But the best part of the stay is the staff. They are so warm, patient and nothing is too difficult for them. Housekeeping staff made sure the rooms were cleaned daily and always with a smile.

Schöne Oase

Wir haben zwar nur eine Nacht verbracht, aber es hat uns sehr gefallen. Eine grüne Oase und sehr nette Gastgeber. Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Zimmer liebevoll eingerichtet mit warmen Licht. Parkplätze vorhanden.

예쁜 꽃나무들, 새소리, 조용한 환경. 쉬고가기에 너무나 편안한 곳이었습니다. Barns에서 연속 3박하고싶었는데 미리예약이 차있어서 2박만 하고 다른방으로 옮깁니다. 전날 사온 음식들이 너무 많아서 조식은 한번만 이용해보았어요 행복한시간 보내고 갑니다~^^

Lovely Homestay

We stayed here for a wonderful night. We had fortunately staying is very special room. But staying for one night is not enough. Thanks to their hospitality and care to us. We also like their pets very much. It is worth recommending here, we will come again.

I wanted a unique experience during my time in Chiang Mai and this delivered just that.The decor was very unique.Room was clean except for an ant problem.Refrigerator was downstairs from room but not too inconvenient.Ceilings are low so definitely not made for tall person.Mattress slipped alot on bed but overall was pretty comfortable.Owners seemed nice.Overall good stay.

Ruhige Lage und schöne Anlage

Man ist ein wenig außerhalb von Chang Mai, die Lage ist ruhig und in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es nicht viel. Dafür gibt es eine Gemeinschaftsküche welche man nutzen kann und der Chang Mai Grand Canyon ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Besitzer und das Personal sind freundlich und die Zimmer liebevoll eingerichtet.

Lovely tropical gardens

We spent a week here and it was lovely and relaxing. Al and Nok are very good hosts and it was a very friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Nok even took me shopping one afternoon, such a lovely lady and very accommodating. Nice pool, lovely tropical gardens and a kitchen where you can cook your own food if you want to. It was like a home from home!
