From the rude staff, the long checking process, no english at all, the room that smelled like an hash tray although I specifically asked for non-smoking room, no apologies for the issue, and a new room that had trashes, hairs in the bathroom, stains all around, and still a cigarette smell. So disappointing this is even listed on hotel.com "

"We unfortunately could not stay in the hotel due to change of plan at last minute, but the hotel staff got in touch with us to make sure we would be only charged for a single night which was much appreciated. "
