This ski-in, ski-out condo is located right at the base of the mountain in JJ’s Lodge in the heart of the village at Jiminy Peak. Unmatched access to all of Jiminy Peak’s year-round activities. Skiing, mountain biking, hiking, tennis, swimming, fall foliage leaf peeping, shops, restaurants and the Mountain Adventure Park including the famous Mountain Coaster, Alpine Super Slide, Euro Bungy Trampoline, Soaring Eagle, Giant Swing, and climbing wall.Experience all the Berkshires have to offer with swimming, boating, and water skiing on nearby Pontoosuc Lake, Donnybrook Country Club with 18-hole golf course open to all, historic Lenox and Stockbridge, Tanglewood, summer stock theater festivals, and more. This two bedroom, two bath unit with porch overlooking the mountain sleeps 9 and is perfect for one large family, two families, or three couples. Large, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make your stay easy. Enjoy panoramic views of the slopes as you relax by the cozy electric fireplace. 3 pools are a quick three minute walk away. Pool, jacuzzi, spa access, and fitness center year-round. Hot tub was nice. We took a chair lift to the top of the mountain. The view was spectacular. The condo was very comfortable and clean. The only thing that can use some improvement is the water pressure in the shower and definitely a new shower head. The one in the bunk room bathroom really needs an upgrade. Otherwise we had a delightful stay.

Location, location, location. Plus all the comforts of home. We had another great stay at this ski in/out condo. My family with college age kids stayed for a week. We had everything we needed and more. Can't beat the location. Owner super responsive and friendly.

The property is located at the base of Jiminy Peak. A good location for outdoor activities. Lots of things to do within a 30-minute drive. The condo was spacious and very clean. Whatever we needed, it was there. The owner was very accommodating.

Fun and Fabulous.

This rental is excellent in every way. The location is great as it is just steps from the slopes. The condo was clean, spacious and had all of the amenities. There was plenty of room for everyone including our 5 teenagers. Overall a wonderful trip. Will definitely be back.

Everything you think you may need in a beautiful setting!

I cannot say enough good things about this condo and the host! Colin was so easily reachable and even last minute we were able to add another night onto our stay. We had 2 little ones and 4 adults and we were so comfortable with all the space. Every amenity you think you may need was there, we didn’t find ourselves saying “Oh I wish there was…” one time! It was the perfect location for us while our group was there meeting in that building. The balcony views were phenomenal and if our group comes back next year we’ve already discussed booking this condo again. I couldn’t rave about it enough, highly recommend staying here 😊

Very comfortable & convenient

The accommodations were great for my husband & I plus 4 young adults. The fireplace is a nice touch. The views are spectacular. Checking in was fairly easy after getting the gate remote. Would have loved if they had smart TVs to watch Netflix as I was not able to ski due to a back injury, but they did have a tv in every room. I would recommend bringing a fire-stick,gaming system, or board games of your own.We did appreciate the washer & dryer as well as the jacuzzi tub. Bring your own alcohol to the resort as the prices are inflated. We will return.

Great location!

We had a great long weekend at this property! Location cant be beat with the main lift a short walk away. The unit itself was clean and had everything you could need for an enjoyable stay.

We had an AMAZING time visiting Jiminy Peak and environs, and Colin's condo was perfect for our group. We were two small families with young children, so the layout with separate bedrooms and bathrooms was ideal. We appreciated the beautiful mountain view from the balcony and access to multiple pools and hotubs onsite, just a short walk away. The condo was convenient, calm, and comfortable! Colin was very helpful and quickly responsive. I could easily envision us staying there again. 10/10.
