This placed exceeded our expectations! The staff were amazing and kind and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet and comfortable. The location was top notch. Nothing to complain about at all!!!!! The washer/dryer combo was a life saver and just couldn’t be happier!!

We love every thing in this apartment, kitchen, laundry facilities, spacey, walking distance to fish market in Ginza and we even walked to Tokyo station from here. We called uber often and it costs us less than $10.00 to Tokyo Station. It is quiet here.

The location is great, very close to train station on 2 lines (Keisei line and Narita line). Also I can walk easily to Narita Omotesando. The hotel shuttle to NRT airport is also great. Room is very compact, but it is expected for Japan. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
