1. The outside pool was closed it should of been open. Both pools look ready. Jacuzzi was going the whole time we were their. 2. I ask for someone to come at unit before we leave due they put 200.00 on your credit card I said we are not to want anything. Ask later again then was told incase for damage. ...

The Ocean Key Virginia Beach Resort
Beach view was great. Pool hours were inconsistent with the listing. Hot tub wasn’t working. We enjoyed our room, but not the two slow elevators. There was also a bit of a weird smell in our hallway.

I didn't like the hidden fees that I was then charged when I got there after I had already paid through Expedia an then was charged more to be able to even check in. The view was nicest part the bathroom was tiny had broke part on shower the windows were partially clean the hot tub the jets shot ...
