"Their was a alarm going off for 3 hours Fromm 11pm till 2am in the morning you could hear the gusts above you the air con unit was leaking through the ceiling and dripping on the carpet which made it sodden wet asked at reception to help at 6am they never sent anyone till 11am when we was leaving ..."
