The property is bulkheaded along its 72 feet of frontage with access to enjoy the water. Enjoy al fresco dining on the rear deck, Weber BBQ provided. Parking for up to 4 cars, inclusive of attached garage with brand new stone driveway. There is an outdoor shower and landlord provides 3 kayaks, 3 paddleboards and all the supplies one would expect for a home located near the beach.
