An old convention centre and sprawling hotel from a bygone era, buried in the back streets of Ashburton. Everything quite dated but rooms were clean & spacious. Staff were great. Meals exceptional. Good value for money if you don’t mind it being a bit old fashioned style

We stayed here on our way from Queenstown to Christchurch. Found it really easily and were greeted by friendly proprietors. Rooms were good sized, clean and well appointed (we had the 2 bed unit which included a kitchenette). Would happily stay here again.
