Our property provides everything you need for a great vacation:

2) 1 1/2 Well-Appointed Bathrooms

3) Newer, Fully-Furnished Kitchen (we have tried to think of everything)

3) Adequate PARKING to accommodate up to 5 cars depending on size

4) Rock-Solid Permanent Dock that will easily accommodate everyone in your party, 2 guest boat slips

5) 5 short miles to Hammondsport and 16 miles to Penn Yan, close to numerous wineries, breweries and restaurants

6) Entire Cottage has Air Conditioning and Heat, plus ceiling fans or fans in every room

7) Large TV and Gas Fireplace for quiet evenings in

8) Gas Fire Pit on Dock

9) Various Kayaks

10) East facing --> longer sunlit days. As daylight fades, sink into our canopied daybed lounger and watch the sun slowly dip behind the hills.
