"Lazy Loon Cottage" is situated on the scenic east side of KEUKA LAKE in the heart of the FINGER LAKES, a private lot with a LEVEL LAKEFRONT beach. Once you see the view you will understand why we fell in love with this cottage. This cozy getaway is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine while enjoying amazing sunrises and the best sunsets you could imagine while taking in Keuka Lake's Bluff Point view with views spanning almost the entire lake in both directions. Located in a private beach community, you will quickly understand why they call it Crystal Beach when you see the crystal blue water and amazing lake front beach just steps from the cottage!

Our cottage has just been beautifully remodeled inside and out!

The property is level with only a few steps from the cottage to the beach. The lake is warm and shallow and is perfect for children. There is plenty of yard space in the front and back for children to play. You are also welcome to use our two Kayaks and Canoe.
Lazy Loon Cottage is conveniently located just down the street within walking distance of two great wineries and a short drive to other wineries breweries, and distilleries in the area. Also located close by to great restaurants that you can drive or boat to!

This cottage is great for vacationing during all four seasons. Central heating/ AC system for the entire cottage will keep you warm during your fall and winter stays and cool during the summer. Come spend the Fall at our cottage and enjoy the colorful fall leaves while wine tasting at all the local wineries, sipping your favorite micro brew at the many area breweries, or just relaxing. The Lazy Loon Cottage is the perfect fall or summer retreat!

*We had a very successful listing with a previous cottage on a nearby lake and decided that Keuka Lake was where we ultimately wanted to be. We are excited to share our brand newly remodeled cottage looking over the best part of the lake! Our goal is to make sure your vacation is an amazing experience!

Beautiful cottage with stellar views! This home provided a quiet refuge during our most recent trip to Keuka Lake. Clean, comfortable, and well appointed. It has been beautifully renovated. Adorable, cozy cabin directly on the lake. It was unseasonably chilly while we were there, so we didn’t take advantage of some of the extra amenities like the outdoor area and fire pit, but it was very inviting. Only thing is to be prepared to make all your beds when you arrive. That may have been on the listing, but I didn’t remember as we booked so far in advance. Overall, great stay!

My husband and I have stayed at Lazy Loon several times now and will keep coming back. Cottage has always been very clean and well appointed. Quiet neighborhood. Spectacular view of the lake. This lake house was absolutely beautiful! The moment you walk in you are greeted with a fantastic view of the lake. The interior was so inviting and exactly like pictured and the fully stocked kitchen enabled us to create fantastic meals. The beds are so comfortable we slept great. The only request would be to add a second umbrella to the deck seating area for sun protection. Loved everything about this rental and would definitely consider a future stay!

This property was by far the cleanest and most comfortable rental we have ever experienced on the lake. The host is easy to reach with any questions and has family nearby should an issue arise. We have stayed at a number of VRBO rentals and this was certainly one of the nicest. View was fabulous. Rental amenities were excellent. Very tastefully decorated. Nearby dining and wineries presented many opportunities. Verns Bakery is a must. This is beautiful area of NYS and shouldn't be overlooked.

My husband, our dog ZZ and I thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay at Lazy Loon Cottage. Everything was just as described and Adam was a wonderful and responsive host! We heard the loons, enjoyed sunsets every evening, loved the lake when calm or even not so calm, and it was the perfect pivot spot to visit the many wineries in the area…including a couple within walking distance. We cooked dinners in a few nights and just enjoyed the firepit, lake, sunset, and streaming our fave shows on TV. We will definitely return!
