You may also rent a boat, jet ski, or kayak from Keuka Water Sports. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable.
The bathroom is large upstairs and only shared between the two bedrooms in the unit. The downstairs bath is a 1/2 bath with laundry that the tenant can use. We have laundry soap, fabric softener, bleach, and dryer sheets available to use. There are 3 televisions in the household and they are all smart TVs for streaming with channels set up for your use.
We have just updated both of the beds with adjustable bases for both, one king and one queen bed. We have also added a new leather couch with electric foot rests and full recline on each end of the couch.

- Smoking is not permitted inside but outside is perfectly ok on the porches. All debris from smoking must be properly extinguished and put into the ash trays we have available for you to use.
-10:00 PM is outside quite time as we have neighbors near by that like their peace and quiet.
-If you bring a pet, it is a must to clean up after them or this could result in us not being able to allow pets or having to charge extra.
-There is plenty of off street parking at the unit and would ask that no on street parking take place unless absolutely necessary. The parking for 113-115 Pulteney St is behind the house and up the driveway if needed on the North end of the house (left side facing from the front)
-If you sign into your own on demand programming on the TVs you will need to sign out after you leave so that the next renter does not have access to your accounts.
-If you use the fire pit in the back of the house you must wait for it to cool down before covering so as not to damage it or catch it on fire.
-No additional guests are allowed in the unit without permission. We have set a maximum number of guests at the house of 6 (4 adults, 2 children).
-Do not turn off the heat or cooling. Please just adjust the temperature up or down.
-Do not be alarmed about the cat, Princess, she is spoiled and very well fed. We are there at least 4 days a week to take care of her every whim.
-Do not put wipes or feminine products down the commodes. We are on septic in the village and this is not good for them. We have many waste cans to put them in for your convenience.
-Electric cars: If you have an electric car that needs to be charged we ask that you not charge the car at our house but at the gas station on Route 54 coming into Hammondsport. If you need to use the electric at the house there will be a $10 per day charge added to the price of the stay.
Thank you. Deborah
