Cute Cape on Keuka Lake with Boat Launch Prime Location
- The cape is located across the road from Lake. You can launch boat from this property. There is a boat dock. Lots of parking same level as house. Enough room for boat and trailer and several cars, and not on the main road. Located on the west side of Keuka lake just 7 miles north of Hammondsport. Three restaurants on the lake, all within 5 miles of property. Several wineries, a couple of breweries and 2 distilleries within 2 miles. You can see the Lake from most windows in the house. You also have a view of the bluff. Other activities nearby skiing, golfing, museums, gift shops, antique stores, pottery stores, and entertainment. Four restaurants on the lake with boat access. Or boat to Hammondsport to eat, shop or get groceries. There are also boat and jet ski rentals available on the lake. Great fishing on Keuka lake. Very few stairs on this property. Restaurant/Bar across the road. Most Sunday nights they have live entertainment.
