From when we pulled in and had to call for 10 minutes before the lady came from sleeping I guess in her "neices" room, to her jumping over the counter and then behind the plexiglass, ( she doesnt have a key), to no toilet paper in the room and can't get back a hold of anyone to get any. Also my friends rooms heat was broken it took hours and repeated calling to get a space heater. At one point after my nephew called she texted him, could she call him back later! Are you serious!! Dont stay here, youll definitely regret it. There is not one amenity not even coffee."
