Le personnel est aimable. Bon accueil, mais l hôtel est mal entretenu; vieux draps tâches et serviettes dans un état lamentable. Le self n est pas à la hauteur d un quatre étoiles. La plomberie n est pas réparée. Il est très bien situé juste à côté de Carthage land et en face de la plage.

Restauration catastrophique , manque d assiettes , de places a table , on fait la queue pour tout , ça glisse par terre , on boit dans des gobelets en plastiques et il n y a pas d eau minérale !!! Clientèle maghrébine voilée ( algérienne ) a 95%, on vous dévisage parce que vous êtes en maillot de bain , inadmissible!!! Hôtel non approprié pour des européens !!! Dommage , l hôtel est bien situé et les 2 piscines sympas pour les enfants !!!

Sehr schlecht.

Sehr Dreckig ,Essen immer das gleiche und schmeckt nicht.meine kinder haben überhaupt da nicht gegessen ausser das Frühstück. die Matratzen sind verschimmelt. Ich habe leider keine Foto gemacht.die liege Stühle am strand sind alle abgerissen. Und muss man Gebühren zahlen weil das privat ist sagen sie.

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille horrible dans cette horrible où on nous a donné des serviettes de bain et visage sales et inutilisable, on a demandé d’autres serviettes mais rien chambre pleine de fourmis ménage mal fait personnel désagréable surtout le personnel de la plage qui Réclamait à chaque fois 20 dinars pour les transats ce qui n’est pas normal La nourriture est répétitive sans aucun goût et le pire le le poulet et la dinde jamais assez cuits Hôtel à déconseillé

It was close to the beach

Terrible customer service, supposed to be all inclusive but they didn’t include alcohol, the soft drinks were flat. I got diarrhoea for the whole time in the hotel. Hotel food was terrible.

Al kreeg ik geld toe, nooit meer dit hotel!

Dit hotel, lieve mensen, is om meerdere redenen een grote nachtmerrie. Allereerst kwamen wij ruim een half uur na de inchecktijd aan maar was er nog geen kamer voor ons klaar gemaakt. De receptionist duwde ons een sleutel in onze handen en zei ons dat we zelf maar moesten kijken of de kamer al was schoongemaakt en wat we ervan vonden. Drie sleutels en zelf geïnspecteerde kamers verder (denk aan vieze, gebruikte op de grond gesmeten handdoeken en beslapen en onopgemaakte bedden) heb ik geïrriteerd sleutel nummer 3 terug gegeven, meneer verteld dat ik buiten een rondje zou gaan doen en bij terugkomst een fatsoenlijke kamer wilde hebben. Eindstand: een hoofdkussen stinkend naar 100 andere hoofden, badkamerverlichting dat niet werkte en een douchegordijn dat in de hoek van de badkamer stond. Dan heb ik het nog niet gehad over het walgelijke restaurant waarin het sterft van de vliegen, je slippers aan de vloer blijven plakken en waar vieze borden en bestek word aangeboden. Het enige pluspunt dat ik kan benoemen is goede WIFI in de bar ruimte. Jammer dat wanneer je daar om een cola vraagt je een mierzoete aanmaaksiroop geserveerd krijgt. We hebben onze koffers niet eens uitgepakt. Diezelfde avond zijn we ondanks onze boeking voor 4 nachten vertrokken. Voor geen goud verblijf ik ook maar één nacht in deze hel.

À éviter vivement!

J'ai pris se séjour par l'intermédiaire de votre site mais quand je suis arriver a la réception avec ma réservation il N'y avait plus de chambre disponible! On a dû attendre plus de 2 heures pour récupérer les chambres qui étaient dans un état lamentable! Il manquait des lits et la propreté laissé à désirer. Le personnel très désagréable! Le restauration bondé de monde et une attente de 45 minutes à faire la queue pour prendre un plat!! A part la vue sur la mer je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel!

A ne jamais refaire. Très déçu.

Animation ennuyante, accueil pas terrible. bouffe dégelasse, toujours le même buffet. Pas assez de parasols dans la piscine du 3 eme étage. Pas d'internet dans les chambres. Le numéro de téléphone de l’hôtel en panne depuis des années, ils ne veulent pas le réparer pour ne pas être joignable. Exemple: j'ai pas pu les avoir pour demander le transfert depuis l’aéroport. Coffre fort payant pour un 4 étoiles. Pour moi il vaut un 2 étoiles et non pas 3 étoiles. Particulièrement déçu.

Horrible pour un 4 étoiles!

Déception dès notre arrivée. On nous donne une chambre sans mini-bar (alors que mentionné dans les équipements de l’hôtel sur la réservation) , un balcon et une fenêtre plein de déjections de pigeons , taie d’oreillers absentes et quand on les a demandé , la femme de chambre ne s’est pas gênée de nous en donner du linge sale qu’elle transportait. Le « ménage » se fait à n’importe quelle heure de la journée. Les serviettes datent de l’inauguration de l’hôtel, on distinguait plus leur couleur d’origine. Passons au restaurant : TOUT est SALE , du parterre au nappes … on a même une fois demandé qu’une nappe soit changée, le serveur s’est contenté de la retourner sur l’autre face hahaha !! Trop de monde au restaurant, pas d’organisation, les enfants se servent seuls et font tomber la nourriture partout… Animation nulle, destinée uniquement aux enfants, commence pendant le diner et s’arrête à 23h. Pas de parasols pour la piscine de la terrasse du 3 éme étage. Personnel : pas à l’écoute mis à part Monsieur WALID de la réception qui était très gentil avec nous.

The most disgusting Hotel we have never been too

the most disgusting hotel we have never been too, the landline of the hotel doesn't work, we have requested a nice room for our honeymoon and we have been given a room with two single beds,Room has ants everywhere. Once we checked in the toilet stopped working, my wife had to speak to the receptionist to advise him about the issue , the receptionist did put the phone down as my wife was talking to him. staff is very rude , I don't recommend for anyone to eat at the hotel Restaurant , very dirty and basic , The hotel does state that WIFI throughout , however, when we arrived , it wasn't the case which is very misleading. it states that the hotel has 4**** , honestly I give it 1*

pay extra and go to another hotel

The hotel may be cheap but overall the condition of the hotel is poor and dirty, someone actually was spraying air freshner to get rid of the smell. Pigeons nesting on my balcony and pooing everywhere. Breakfast poor....animation a joke. Staff at breakfast never said hello or morning. The beach guy did absolutely nothing...The beds needed to be dumped as they were so bad....We left after a weeks stay of a 2 week holiday. I had a spa ....that was a joke! ? Didn't get my manicure and pedicure which I paid for as the spa closed....The hotel would not refund me as they said it was nothing to do with them!!
