"Brand new with great room layout! "

"Staff was nice and property was clean. Bathroom was nice but rooms could use a few updates outside of that. We had an issue with a nearby room playing music very loudly at 1am despite quiet hours starting at 10pm. Woke my husband and I both up. Around 1:30 we called the front desk who said they would “take care of it”. Music finally stopped at 3am. Obviously not the hotel’s fault that people don’t comply with rules but we expected it to take far less than 90 minutes to get ahold of a room to...
