Large elongated space, windows that allowed fresh air. Rooms were very clean, beds well made. Showers very strong. Staff at counter was prompt - everything went relatively smoothly and we found accommodation quickly.

The room was spotless , housekeeping staff very friendly and efficient, and the location awesome; the only blotch was the toilet cistern had a slow leak onto the floor in the bathroom.

I thought the room was very good for the money. Stayed a week and only had one night with noisy people next door which could happen anywhere. Had use of laundry which was great. Decent sized room as well.

Ok, so the room was lovely, really nice clean and spacious. Comfy beds and well priced. It was in a good location for the event we were attending. However, the walls are extremely thin we heard everything word for word including room #1 having a great time til 4:30am. Also there was no hair dryer which I’ve never come across and was a little annoying.

Excellent Motel at great price. Only minor criticism would be lack of towel rails in bathroom, but Motel highly recommended to anyone wanting a great nights stay in Hamilton.

Good size room. Super comfortable beds!!! Rooms are really warm, double glazing, I assume insulated walls and ceiling. Bathroom needs updating, but totally functional and nothing to stress about.

This motel has off site office. You have to drive there and then have drive to motel. The shower head was leaking and pink mold in the shower. Cheap bathroom. So far away town in unsafe suburb. No Sky Tv. Hear everything people doing in there room. At office they want credit card and license. When go out come into room to change things most motel not do this now problems. Office staff fake and rude.

Too noisy, very thin wall bothside and upstair very noisy too. I asked twin room but only 1 double bed in the room. I asked to the staff to set up 2single bed. the staff said we usualy charge $20 for that. But I asked twin room when I book this hotel

Check in was at another motel a couple of miles away. Car parking was good and secure, cctv. No bedside lights. No towel rails or hooks in the bathroom, but lovely shower. No hob. No net curtains. No luggage rack. Traffic noise. Towels changed daily, good wifi and air con.

Nice & clean, white linen, over all was very good. But we had 3 people staying, with only 2 glasses, 1 cup, 2 dinning chairs? The biggest disappointment was the lack of sound proofing, coming from upstairs we could hear everyone walking, everything they dropped, doors, water running, even talking from next door. We where there for a sports tournament around the corner, with 7am starts so just needed a bit of quiet. Oh the unlimited wifi was great, shower, hot water great, bathroom just needed somewhere to hang towels and shelf for toiletries, makeup etc.
