Baseball minication
We were looking for a pet friendly place to stay for our kids baseball tournament and this place had everything we needed. Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. Pat and her husband were wonderful to work with. We are 100% looking to come back and visit callaway gardens and the animal safari and can’t wait to stay again!

Immaculate spacious country home
We chose this pet friendly VRBO home for our 2 night stay while we visited Callaway Gardens. It had more than everything we needed . We really liked the close proximity to Callaway to go check on our dog during the day. The house is spacious , comfortable, and immaculate. The property is very large and extremely peaceful and was well kept. There was a very nice washer/ dryer and a very cute kid suite off the master bedroom if someone was bring a baby . The wrap around porch was so nice with rockers, swings and a picnic table. Sure beat a hotel !

Great, clean home to stay in while my nephew was married near Callaway Gardens. Easy check in and out process, clean, and had what we needed with kitchen to make breakfast, beds for everyone and 3 bathrooms to get ready. Thank you!

Walked into a home that smelled clean and nicely decorated. The house has a great layout. Having 2-1/2 bathrooms makes it convenient for all. The check-in and check-outs were a breeze!! The hosts checked in on us to see if we needed anything. Enjoyed the visit!

Enjoyed the house, the property, and breakfast on the porch. Must walk thru one bedroom to access the children's bedroom. A/c vent inop in children's bedroom. Nice, clean, roomy house. Need more kitchen utensils. We would gladly stay there again.

Perfect for Callaway Gardens and Fantasy of Lights Visit!
A clean rental with a big outdoor space located only a few minutes from Callaway Gardens. The owners were very responsive and was a wonderful stay perfect for visiting Fantasy of Lights.

Perfect Farmhouse weekend
The Farmhouse was a great place for an extended family to stay together in LaGrange. It was just as it was described, looked exactly like the pictures. Patricia was very quick to respond any time I contacted her. We didn't stay at the house much since we were out and about in the area but we had absolutely no problems whatsoever. Would def stay there again.

Wonderful stay near Callaway Gardens
We loved staying at Mrs Pat’s place! The house was clean, spacious, and within easy driving distance to callaway gardens. My 4 year old niece loved the kid room with books and toys. We all loved the porch—very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Farm Charm
We came to the area to spend time at FDR State Park and Calloway Gardens. We were less than 6 miles from the park and about 10 miles from Calloway. It was a grandkids weekend and the children loved the house, the big front porch with a great swing. The setting was beautiful and very peaceful. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. We definitely want to keep this property in mind for another trip to the area.

Small Town Getaway
The house was exactly as described. It was clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities needed for a multiple night stay. Both Pat and Farnsworth were pleasant and exceptionally helpful. Our family of 4 had plenty of room, and the location was close to several places we wanted to visit, including Callaway Gardens and the FDR Little White House.

Great getaway!
We thoroughly enjoyed the property, from the spacious common living area, to the large porch! The farmhouse is sparkling clean, open and spacious, but still comfortable. We spent most of our time on the porch enjoying the view, trees, breeze, and birds. The drive has a large parking pad for multiple vehicles, and the house is stocked with nearly everything you might need. Please be aware there is no dishwasher and the bedroom with the twin beds and crib must be accessed by walking through the main bedroom and bathroom. Overall, it was a great weekend and I would recommend this property to anyone!

Hello Gini. Thank you for a great detailed review. When we renovated the house the master closet was so large that we decided to use it as a toddler's room. Most of our guest so far has not needed that much closet space. The room is perfect for parents with small children who need to be close but not too close. Thanks again for being an awesome guest. Girls' Getaway
Two things renters should know. There is no dishwasher and the 4th, children's bedroom is only accessible through the main bed and bath. However, this house was clean, spacious, warm and welcoming. Great location for enjoying the porch swing and rockers! No issues while we were there and we had a wonderful time.

Lovely Christmas Getaway
We couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful Christmas getaway! The house was decorated and absolutely lovely, and our kids loved exploring the property! The nursery area had a real crib, so our toddler actually slept while on vacation! The location was perfect for going to FDR park and Callaway Gardens, too! Communication with the owner was clear, as well. We will definitely be back so that we can experience Pine Mountain in another season, thanks again!

Great place near Callaway Gardens
We stayed for two nights celebrating our mom's birthday by with time together and a trip to the Callaway lights (which were fantastic!). The home was clean and had what we needed. The owners provided all of the essentials plus coffee pods and some snacks! The location is away from town, but not too far and felt very safe. Cell phone connections were poor, but the wifi was good! Overall, we recommend!

Peaceful Getaway!
The modern farmhouse was the perfect place for me! It is beautiful, peaceful and has everything you need to feel at home. It is conveniently located within minutes of FDR State Park, Callaway Gardens, and Pine Mountain. Mrs. Pat and her husband are kind, wonderful people and the best hosts! Property was very good but we could not get SEC on the TV. Missed some good college football games. Ladies would like kitchen scissors and a couple more kitchen towels. We all agree we would come back.

This is a comfortable house on a huge lot, so everyone has plenty of space to relax. You can sit and rock on the wrap around porch or prepare a big family dinner in the kitchen. We had a great time!

Beautifully manicured yard & large well-appointed rooms
My husband and I were visiting the area, for the Easter weekend, and meeting family, who were staying at the FDR State Park. We needed a place large enough to accommodate a family reunion, especially the kitchen. This house more than met those needs. It was very clean and supplied well with cleaning items and incidentals one might need. Our only issue, which to most, on vacation, would not be a problem, was the absence of a dishwasher, but we managed. We really enjoyed the huge wrap around porch, with the swing and rocking chairs. The view was lovely. The owners were very attentive, kind and checked in with us a number of times. We will definitely be returning & would recommend the place to anyone.
