"Very easy to board the Tama Den Cat train. You need to go to the JR entrance and tell them that you want to go to Platform 9. The bus to the castle is right in front of the hotel. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. Rooms are very spacious comparing to Ginza hotels. Right in front of the station. "

"The room was enormous! Beds were very comfortable, although pillows were very firm (common for Japan). No wifi, but staff gave us what we needed to connect our laptop via a network cable. Only two significant problems: 1. the toilet stank to high heaven. Fortunately the bathroom (including traditional Japanese style showers and a huge bath) didn't smell. 2. The room quite possibly had a pleasant view, but we'll never know, because the only window in the whole 2nd floor room had "bathroom...

"I booked this stay because the website reported there was shuttle service for the airport. There was NO SHUTTLE SERVICE, even when asked for!! The room I was in did not look like the picture, and there was a very bright "Exit" sign that stayed on throughout the night. It was also very difficult to find, even for cabs with an address. I will not be staying here again!"
