Die Unterkunft war OK..uns völlig ausreichend. Aber der Heizöl Geruch ( Heizöltanks im Flurbereich)ist schon sehr penetrant, so dass wir oft lüften mussten. Außerdem sind die Anbindungen an Bus und Bahn eher schwierig, so dass wir nur mit dem Auto nach Bamberg rein gefahren sind. Vermieter sind sehr nett. Früherer Check in wäre kein Problem gewesen.

Luft nach oben

Für den Preis der Fewo haben wir mehr erwartet. Einfache Standards wie Kaffeemaschine (nur Padmaschine ohne Kaffeepads), Schuhanzieher, Kehrbesen, Eimer, Wäscheständer, Biergläser waren nicht vorhanden. Wir mussten die nassen Handtücher und verschwitzen Klamotten über Türen und Stühle hängen. Eine Kontaktaufnahme zu den Vermietern fande durch uns statt, aber nur weil wir zeitiger vor Ort waren und die Hausdame beim Reinigen unserer Wohnung antrafen. Wir stellten uns vor, jedoch kam keine Vorstellung zurück. Keine guten Gastgebermanieren. Die Sauberkeit des Fußbodens war nicht gut. Im Bad befanden noch einige Haare der Vormieter und es war auch nicht gut gewischt. Ich hatte einen Scheuerlappen eingepackt (es gab dort keinen) und habe nochmal durchgewischt. Der Lappen war sichtlich graulich danach. Vllt. war es nicht immer so, aber zu unserer Reise lagen diese Mängel auf der Hand.

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung, wie beschrieben

Uns hat es hier gefallen. Zu empfehlen für Freunde der fränkischen Gastlichkeit ist die Brauerei Eichhorn und der Diller Keller. Auch Spaziergänge oder Radtouren am Main entlang sind empfehlenswert.

Eine sehr ordentliche Ferienwohnung

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Die Vermieter waren sehr offen und haben einen herzlichen Wilkommen geheißen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Ferienwohnung kann man nur empfehlen.

Nice location touring southern Germany by car

Casa Beni is a nice, clean little apartment that worked out very well for me and my wife in our car tour of southern Germany. I'm not sure about bus and train access, but if you're traveling by car this is a quiet, comfortable spot that is easy to get to. Good location just outside of Bamberg, we were able to make day trips to Bayreuth, Nuremberg, and Wurzburg. Easy access to the autobahn, and there is a lightly used back road that furnishes quick access to REWA, Aldi, Woolworth and more. Parking was available right outside of the apartment, so we never had to worry about paying to park. The apartment had everything we were looking for with the exception of a freezer. The owners live on the grounds so it was easy to check in and out, but apart from checking in and out, we never saw them and it was a rather private stay (which is what we were looking for). Thanks very much for having us.

Eine gut ausgestattete saubere etwas dunkle Wohnung im Ikea- Stil mit Souterrain- Anmutung in einem Gewerbegebiet. Nachts laute Nachbarn. Die annoncierte Terrasse ist weit entfernt und das Umfeld, ehemals vielleicht ein Steingarten, vernachlässigt und heruntergekommen. Man ist per Rad und Pkw schnell in Bamberg und im nächsten EKZ. In Hallstadt Gasthaus Frei‘lich empfehlenswert.
