"The Harbour Inn is a historic building and has a lot of character. I had the single room, #3, that had the bathroom across the hallway. The room itself has all the basics you need for coffee and tea, plus condiments and biscuits. The room has a view of the harbor. Breakfast was excellent! For the amount I paid and previous reviews, I was worried, but Ken and Virginia were welcoming hosts and you can't get something similar for the price in the US. "Room was large and comfortable. Shared bathroom was unexpected, but no other guests were there at the time, so it was OK. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. Senga and Ryan were very friendly. Ryan suggested where to get dinner at a local pub, within walking distance, and made a booking for us. Street parking at the house."

"Literally in the middle of nowhere but if you like that sort of thing this is the place to be. We loved it for a few nights. House was great, road to get there was not but we have 4 wheel drive and our kids thought it was hilarious."

"I loved the remoteness of this wee cottage. If you’re looking for somewhere quiet, with lots of lovely walks, then this is ideal. The cottage is powered by a generator, which you can hear but soon get used to. Make sure you bring everything you need, it’s a fair trek to the nearest shop! My dog ran around the forest all day long and slept all night and I chilled out with a glass or two of wine. I hope to visit again in the not too distant future."
