Typically meeting the owners has not been a priority but definitely reach out to Brett and Lara for the history of the church, its renovation and the story behind many of the pieces adorning the property. "There were ants in the apartment that got into my clothes but it wasn’t that big a deal. The bed is comfy. Couch pulls out if you needed another bed and there is a futon too so it could technically sleep 6 people. Shower was nice and they even had shampoo. Coffee station was much appreciated and there was creamer in the fridge. She reached out with a lovely welcome letter when we booked. 3 days before our stay she gave us the code and simple instructions needed to gain access. We had our own parking spot right at the short path to where we stayed. The place was clean. Had welcome candies! Lots of space in all of the rooms. We right away felt at home.
