"Hotel great. The pub style restaurant run by a franchisee was very poor in our opinions. The baked Camembert was supposed to come with toast but came with bread so we had to get them to bring toast by which point the cheese was cold. The mains were mediocre in presentation and taste. A true disappointment in foods. "

"Breakfast was not very good: pastries and cupcakes were very dry and there were many options available. "

"Room was clean and shower was good. TV turned its self on twice so unplugged- coffee and tea hadn’t been restocked and empty milk sachet left. Fine for a budget one night. Bar area and bits nice rooms just bit dated "

"We love this hotel so much. The moment you walk in, it’s welcoming and homely. It’s decorated beautifully and the rooms are so clean and comfortable. The breakfast is so good, with a wide range of options. We can’t fault this hotel. We’ll be back each time. "

"Compared to the website the property is very dated. Air-conditioning was not working in our rooms. Breakfast wasn't great."

"Very old building, yet very charming. Many small sitting areas to read and to relax and they are really very cute. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. The staff are very helpful. A great experience for me. "
