Thank you for the review Meredith. I didn't know you had any issues or I would have been happy to try and help. Sometimes if you just move the upstairs AC unit into the living room since its on wheels it cools the upstairs really well instead of just that one bedroom. As for the washer it does have a little trick to getting it to work sometimes which is just spinning the dial all the way around one full time and thought that was mentioned to you when we spoke. If I knew you were going to have to go into town for the laundry mat I would have certainly aloud you to use our other washer/dryer in the garage that our cleaning staff uses but I wasn't aware so for that I do apologize. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay however and hope to have you back again sometime in the future.

I wasn't aware there was any issues with any of the dishes but I'm glad you brought it up so we can make sure that it doesn't happen to anyone else in the future. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay and can see how the bathroom thing could be an issue for people who have trouble going up the stairs, however there is the other half bath on the main level as well. I only mention it because someone reading this may be confused with the wording as we do have the full bath upstairs and another in the master bedroom on the main level like you mentioned plus the 3rd 1/2 bathroom just off the kitchen on the main level also. I know sometimes those small details can prevent someone from booking if for instance they couldn’t go up stairs so thank you again for pointing that out as we also try to be fully transparent with all of our guests before they arrive so there are no issues or surprises. Thanks for leaving this review Greg. First I want to start by saying I didn’t know your group was in need of any extra linens or I would have explained how to access all the extras we have in the garage storage as we just bought all brand new ones this spring so we have enough for any size group. Not sure if you used them or not but we also leave a few extra sets in each of the hallway/bathroom closets. Secondly I want you to know I just went and bought all new stock for the kitchen cupboards so no other guests would be short on dishes, pots/pans, or silverware so thank you for bringing it to my attention. I also spoke with my cleaning manager about the scrunchy and turns out it dropped from her pocket while she was cleaning the day you checked in and she looked all over for it with no success so she was happy to hear it turned up. Lastly they had a lot of trouble with the stove top that day as well as the previous guests before you had spilt what looked to be milk and burned all over the top of the new stove. Thankfully they were able to get it off since you’ve checked out as they had to get a couple heavier duty scrapers/brushes to finish the job so I apologize that you had to see that and have it there during your stay but I want you to know we try to make sure all of our guests have a wonderful experience and it helps a lot to hear feedback like yours so we can make sure to take care of anything that may be an issue. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay though and we’d be happy to have you back again anytime. Thanks again Greg and see you next time!

Thank you for bringing these things to our attention. Unfortunately the Geese/duck poop is part of lake living. There’s not much anyone on the lake can do to keep them from visiting. The washer issue has been taken care of, since it’s a brand new washer it was covered under warranty. As for the sofa beds they were some of the nicest ones money can buy I just think sofa beds in general aren’t don’t compare to the nice pillow top or memory foam beds. Again thank you for bringing this to our attention and we will try to keep some of these things in mind in the future to improve our guest experience.
