"The property does not have a sign with name or address. The pool is out of order. They have no blankets and there were stains on the mattresses. I left and did not stay."

"The only issue I had was that the key got turned off in the morning before we checked out. We came in after the game and set them both on the dresser all by themselves. In the morning I went to the gym and when I came back they were still working. I set it back on the dresser with the other one. I went down to get food a little while later and when I came back it didn't work. I had to wake my husband up to let me in. I checked the other key and it didn't work either. When I notified the staff I was informed that I must have had them both near something magnetic. Not so. I didn't even have them in the same place for them to both be deactivated. Otherwise it was a great stay. We stay here when we can. "

" My stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing. As someone who travels frequently for work, I can confidently say I will not be returning the next time I’m in Salt Lake City. Their “breakfast” was not worthy of the name --just cereal, stale bagels, a juice machine, and coffee that tasted like it had been sitting for days. The fitness center was equally misleading, consisting of two treadmill that were not even operational. Noise was a constant issue. The walls are so thin that I could hear everything happening in the next room. On multiple nights, loud music was playing past midnight, and when I called the front desk for help, no one answered the phone. Being located on a busy street only added to the noise problems. As for the Dees Restaurant across the street, it’s not worth your time. I ordered salmon on my first day, and it was so dry and hard that I ended up throwing it away. Overall, this was an experience I won’t repeat. There definitely won’t be a second stay."
