Our family-friendly holiday rental is located in a quiet, green, yet central part of Halberstadt, on the ground floor of a townhouse built in 1908.


A separate entrance with just a few steps leads to a small hallway and then into the cosy kitchen-living room. The kitchen offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday, including a dishwasher, oven with a ceramic cooktop, electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave, and a starter supply of spices and cleaning supplies. Adjacent to the kitchen-diner is the sunroom, featuring a small workspace and a dining area for four people. A large dining table is located in the living room. There, the spacious sofa arrangement with the large flat-screen TV invites you to enjoy quiet evenings. The bathroom, featuring a shower and bathtub, as well as the separate toilet, are accessed from another hallway.


The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed and a wardrobe that offers plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe. In addition, one or even several travel cots can easily be set up in this room. The smaller bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed, which is especially popular with children.


The entire apartment, measuring just under 100 square metres, features reclaimed hardwood floors. Modern art adorns the walls. The holiday rental was completely renovated and furnished in 2020.
Our holiday rental offers plenty of space for families. Upon request, a travel cot and a high chair can be provided. Toddlers up to 3 years old stay with us in their parents’ bed or in the travel cot free of charge. A changing table is also available.
We use 100% green electricity from Greenpeace, and our over 110-year-old city villa has entered the 21st century thanks to a heat pump and solar panels. In addition, socially responsible toilet paper from Goldeimer is standard here. Through our tree donations to HeimatHarz, we support reforestation efforts in the Harz region.


All our guests receive the Harz Holiday Ticket (Hatix) upon arrival. This ticket grants you free travel on all public bus and tram lines in the Harz district, as well as on select lines in the Mansfeld-Südharz district. You’ll also benefit from numerous coupons and discounts.

Stadtvilla Halberstadt Holiday Rental:

The holiday rental features two bedrooms. The larger room is furnished with a large double bed and also offers enough space for one or two travel cots. A travel cot is available on-site. In the smaller bedroom, a bunk bed invites our younger guests to enjoy a cosy night’s sleep.
There is also a built-in fold-out bed in the living room, which can accommodate two additional guests if needed. A sliding door allows you to separate this area from the other sleeping areas.


The apartment is located in a city villa built in 1908 in a quiet, green, central location. The spacious living area is decorated with inviting artwork.
Anyone who prefers space and historic rooms will find this place to their liking.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
