In 100m distance there is a supermarket and a bus stop of the city line. In about 10 minutes you reach the Halberstadt main station and the world-famous Halberstadt sausages and canning factory with in-house restaurant. The city center with its sights John Cage Organ Project in Burchardikloster, the Halberstadt cathedral treasure (within about 20 minutes) .From the residence is the Halberstadt lake campsite 10 minutes by car and in about 35 minutes by car from the Motorsport Arena in Oschersleben.
