    "The permanent resident couple that I was next to is a nightmare.The man is intimidating and the way he looked at me made me feel uneasy. The woman is rude and inconsiderate. Woke me up at 3:30am everyday making loud noises. I know everyone has complained about her and nothing has been done. It’s a shame because I would love to return."
