The WiFi is not good. I had to use my phone to create a hotspot. I didn't have a room that was very far out in the hotel, so was very surprised by this. I have stayed here several times and it has happened before.

Located right above Leuven Central station. They let me check in early around noon. AC was working and I turned it on during the night as it can get stuffy. The bedding was quite clean and they provided sufficient towels. The toilet had someone else's hair but was otherwise clean.
