The property as I walked in was not cleaned Pool was dirty and they had not taken the garbage out in over a week. Garbage was left in the garage overflowing. The home was infested with Gnats and flies in every room. Towels were clean but in very bad quality. Management asked me to just open the doors and windows and let the place air out. I could not get into another location they would not contact Hotels .com to approve a refund their responds was that they would cut half off cleaning and never credited my account. Very poor customer service on the owner. the
