"Hotel was well kept up and conveniently located. (We did hear some highway traffic but not too bad). Nice, well-lit lobby, breakfast area was clean, and room was comfortable. We arrived at the hotel around 8 pm. The front desk person was nowhere to be found. About 15 minutes later she appeared (turns out she was helping a guest on another floor). Maybe put a sign up saying "be right back" would be helpful. "
