This is second time we stayed here… Place is well maintained and still in very good condition despite our last visit pre-covid in 2018. Highly commend service of check-in staff Nit Gan especially since male guest in front of us gave her a long and super hard time but she didn’t flinch a beat and served us with super efficiency and accommodate our request for early check-in despite we arriving at around 1pm. Housekeeping team cleaned up the room very well plus very prompt to provide us with additional pillows and ice. This is definitely the best hotel on the stretch and will choose to stay here again for my next trip to Haikou.

i am a frequent flyer to haikou and always choose haikou hilton as my stay - its perfect fo me in its price, location, and environment. Its my first time to try the apartment style tho, its try worthy

Up to the standard business hotel with reasonable price. Nothing special to mention, but most importantly also nothing to complain about. Nice view as hotel situated in high floors.

Great stay
Very good. The room was excellent and had a great view of Haikou Bay. Service was mostly good. Breakfast was also good. I would stay again.

Great hotel
The room is clean and bigger than other hotel's. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The indoor swimming pool is amazing. Indoor play ground made kids so happy.

I canceled my trip due to wife cancer relapse, she is now hospitalized with urgent salvage chemotherapy. We never get any refund from Hilton due to Expedia booking policy. We are sad about it.

Excellent stay
Hotel with great sea / harbour view. One of the best Hilton hotels I stayed in. Could be better by providing more coffee and tea in the room considering there are three of us staying in room. Check out the smart toilet ;)

So high in the sky!
The hotel was quite impressive, even though I'm a bit afraid of heights it was enjoyable being so high to overlook the city and ocean. The gym was a great facility for a good workout and spacious. The only issue was I had a non-smoking room and it was clear that somebody had smoked in it. The staff and housekeeping recognized this and apologized and brought me an oil diffuser for the smell.

Executive rooms great value and superb facilities.
Booked 3 executive rooms for 5 nights and great value for money, should have spectacular views bit weather wasn't so good. The executive lounge serves drinks and finger food (varied nightly) from 6-9pm. Luxurious and comfortable beds. Great facilities, just need to look for them on the 5th Floor. Had requested 2 cribs but had 3 in total, strange, and one room was very musty smell but they sorted out, in general a number of areas smell musty on the room floors. Not greeted as a Hilton member but small matter, but had to request free wi-fi. Blu bar is pretty decent and the staff are friendly. The buffet breakfast is not in executive floor but taken on floor 33 and has a tremendous variety. Spa is super expensive so didn't use, which was only negative. Very nice food in the Grill, great food in Chinese restaurant on 4th floor.

Gorgeous sanctuary
The Hilton Haikou is a beautiful place to stay and if you're visiting this hectic, rough-and-tumble city, you'll be tempted just to barricade yourself in the sanctuary of your room. Make sure to check out the indoor pool and the gym, which are also top notch. The breakfast buffet is lavish by local standards, but requires competing with frequent pillaging by your other guests.

Fantastic stay in central Haikou - pity it wasn't for longer! Everything about the hotel was superb, including the service from all the staff. Really impressed and highly recommended.
