"Our stay got off to a bit of bad start due to some issues with the room cleanliness and maintenance on arrival. However the staff were there in minutes as soon as we reported the problems and largely resolved them quickly. So top marks for that. The main issue remaining was a strong smell of curry, which persisted for several days. We suspected either previous residents or neighbours. Apart from that we had a great stay. The apartments are in a great location, near Mirabell palace and gardens....

"We chose this property because it: has 2 BRs with Queen beds, kitchen, A/C, free parking, and is short distance to city center (with bus stop 2 blocks away). Bonus was it had washer AND dryer. Christopher, the proprietor, responded quickly to the questions I had before and after arrival, and was very pleasant in all. The apt is airy and bright with lovely, minimalist decor. Das Bild zeigt den Blick nach hinten und entspricht nicht der Ferienwohnung. Der Ausblick von der FeWo ist nach Vorne auf die Straße gerichtet. Das macht aber nix, da es eher eine sehr ruhige Gegend ist. Leider ist die Parkplatzsituation ein bisschen blöd. The hotel location was perfect with several good restaurants within easy walking distance. Mirabellplatz parking is a few easy blocks away. With hotel discount, underground parking cost 24 Euros/day (safe & well lit). Highly recommend and would stay again."
