Very basic hotel. The room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable. The price was appropriate for this level of hotel.

Nice views and kind staff

The room had really nice views. The kind staff allowed us to check in earlier and provided us with extras like hairdryer. The room needs some improvements though. The double bed was two mattresses together.

Great views and service

This was one of the cheaper hotels in Haifa and I would say the value was fair. Room was clean and the bed was ok. The views were incredible, the room had an amazing view over the city. The one thing that let it down was the bathroom decor, the painting over the times was pretty bad. I would happily stay again, was ideal for a one night stay

The receptionist was very unfriendly. I was there for 4 nights - no maid service. Garbage in halls - not picked up too often. see pic below Parking garage really disgusting and has a height limit of 1.80 m. They charge 60 shekels a day. Windows need a wash, badly. Shower curtain needs a replacement, badly. The hotel is on the edge of an ultra orthodox neighborhood . Roads in the vicinity are closed on weekends.

Convenient hotel with friendly staff.

The hotel was well situated for the sites of Haifa, though I would recommend getting to know the bus system, as we found we could get to the hotel via bus very conveniently. There’s a good market one street below the hotel and a common stopping point for the buses. The hotel staff were great, friendly and helpful. We appreciated that they looked after our bags for a few hours after check out. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. The room and bathroom were also clean. The room only loses points on a few maintenance issues. Curtains not properly on curtain rails, meaning they wouldn’t close fully. A weird drip from the bathroom ceiling that we traced to the AC. Nothing major, but certainly needed some attention. All in all we stayed here for two nights before and two nights after a cruise. Were we in Haifa again, we’d stay here another time.

Básico

Al llegar mi reserva no les figuraba en su computadora ni el tipo de habitación que había sacado . Me lo solucionaron dándome dos habitaciones conectadas y me cobraron lo mismo . La habitación era básica. Sin TV. Sin luces al lado de la cama. Muebles antiguos. Demoró en salir el agua caliente , pero salió. En la segunda habitación si había TV y otro baño. Las dos con heladerita. Estuvimos dos noches. No hubo room service. Ni teléfono para comunicarnos con la recepción en caso de necesidad. Creo que dos estrellas sobran. Destaco la buena voluntad en la atención y en solucionar lo que necesitamos. Pero definitivamente el lugar no era lindo.
