Diana Seaport Apartments in Haifa

Diana Seaport Apartments is in the old center of the city; several good restaurants close by and only 3 blocks from the German Village. Staff were uniformly helpful, friendly, good English. Apartment was small but had plenty of electrical outlets, kitchen, fridge, microwave. Built-in counter/table seated 2 but there were 3 of us, so a bit crowded but manageable.

While the rooms were generally clean and maintained on a daily basis, the hotel is right next to an outside bar with loud music and people partying until the early hours of the morning. The beds are very uncomfortable like sleeping on a box spring.

Amazing location. Just 5 minutes from train station and Haifa port. We needed somewhere to stay overnight before boarding our cruise and this was perfect. They had hot water, good pressure, great a/c unit, and staff were very friendly and always helpful. Walls are thin so you hear a lot of things. However, we were exhausted from long overseas travel and fell right asleep. It may not be the best for very light sleepers.

The room was quite large but, in comparison, the bathroom was very small and cramped. It is ideally located in the downtown area of Haifa with excellent dining options around. The hotel did not have double glazing and there was quite a bit of road noise even though we were on the 6th floor.

New hotel in Haifa downtown

Overall fine. The shower was clogged so we had to pack again and move to another apartment. For three days no one appeared to make up the room or at least throw out the trash. But the receptionist was very nice and the hotel is new and clean.

First Visit to Haifa, Israel

Perfectly adequate for our purpose. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the elevator worked. (Our last trip, in the USA, the hotel's single elevator was out of order and we were on the third floor.Not good for an elderly couple.) I would stay here again.

Lovely rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. The location of the hotel was perfect and close to many restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend staying her when visit Haifa

Great location, nice staff

Great place with great staff, clean and nice. The location is really good and close to a lot of places and to the port. I had a little problem and they toke care of it fast and with a smile. The cons - You need luck to get parking on the street and it's there little noise at the night (Other rooms, cars, etc)
