This is such a lovely quiet boutique hotel. The thing that stands out most is it’s absolutely the most spotlessly clean place I’ve ever been in they go out of their way to keep it beautiful. Although there is no restaurant or food service so to speak they always have a good coffee and some little cookie snacks available and you can enjoy it out on the terrace with lovely flowers around. A great spot and only around the corner a few blocks to get on the main street to have a bite. Thank you so much at the front desk they are always accommodating and helpful.

the hosting experiene was perfect , pleasnat crew , prime location with access to main location easily , short drive to the excuisite local market with its great restaurant. the room was large clean and very well maintained . we had a greta time .

This is a restored German Templar house for the 1800s on upper Carmel. The rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom was large and had a unique shower. I would stay there again

The hotel is in a great location and has a charming boutique vibe. The outdoor jacuzzi was a highlight, and the massage by Dudu was absolutely amazing. However, there was a short delay at check-in, with no one at the front desk for about 10 minutes, leaving guests waiting confused. Once the receptionist arrived, she was friendly and helpful.

Love it here

Location is fantastic but more than anything, I LOVE this room (403). Very spacious, comfortable bed, clean wide tub (no bathfitters), TV swivels so you can watch from couch or bed, but the best part is the small window. It opens to let in fresh air and my allergies really appreciate that.Other rooms here have balconies. Nice friendly staff. Thank you!

The hotel was fine overall. The main reason for the lower rating is the generally unpleasant interactions with the younger Russian-speaking woman at the front desk who seems to dislike her job and the guests. The other reason is that our key was not programmed correctly and there is no one staffing the front desk after hours. It took us a long time to reach someone to let us into our room remotely. No apology or anything else was offered.

An oasis in the city

Great location and very comfortable hotel

Great location if you have a couple of nights in Haifa You can walk everywhere you need to go around Carmella and if you want to go the downtown Haifa, the funicular railway is 5 mins walk and takes 10 minutes Rooms are very comfortable So the hotel was just what we wanted but frankly I’d give Haifa a miss unless you have to go there.
