"Room clean "

"Nice enough for a 2 star hotel. No restaurant on site, but plenty of restaurant in surrounding area. Best chicken and beef noodles just two block down on the right hand side coming out of the hotel. Close to night market and the border gate. Room does have strong cigarette smell so that’s something to think about. Owner did try to help by finding us a room that is not as bad. "

"My family and I stayed here for over a week. We booked two rooms. Overall the hotel it self is not bad but it’s definitely nicer in photos than in person. Staff here is very unwelcoming and they hardly smile or is friendly. I’ve said hi/thank you to them multiple times and they just stare are you and seemed annoyed. "The property is great. Location is good. walk to nice beach. Room is clean but the bathroom is easily to get overflow. The AC leaks some waterdroplets. Price is expensive given the qualities of these utilities. Room has stove but no kitchen utensils."
